• Minimum SMU / D3 Tourism
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced English
• At least 2 years of experience working in restaurants/bars
• Knowledge of drinks and coffees

Tanggung jawab dan deskripsi pekerjaan :

• Welcomes restaurant guests, takes orders, prepares drinks, coffees, juices and all other beverages. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Chapung Sebali’s policies.

Waiter

Persyaratan :

• Service oriented
• Good appearance and pleasant personality
• Dynamic
• Minimum SMU / D3 Tourism
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced English
• At least 2 years of experience working in restaurants

Tanggung jawab dan deskripsi pekerjaan :

• Welcomes restaurant guests, takes orders, serves meals and issues bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Chapung Sebali’s policies

Front Desk Receptionist

Persyaratan :

• Service oriented
• Good appearance and pleasant personality
• Dynamic
• Excellent communication skills.
• Advanced English
• At least 2 years of experience working in hotel
• Minimum SMU / Diploma Tourism

Tanggung jawab dan deskripsi pekerjaan :

• Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Chapung Sebali’s policies.
